2021 at The Arboreal Inn

Dear Friends,

2020 brought many hardships to our industry. We are proud to still be here to offer great service and quality food to our community. We cannot thank you enough for the support that has been shown during the government shutdowns. It is because of you we are still standing today. Thank you for choosing The Arboreal for your take out and, when available, dine in needs.

We cannot begin to know what 2021 holds. While we hope to be able to continue to serve you in person, we know nothing is guaranteed. Our goal is to continue to offer contactless take out should another shutdown occur. Please see our Facebook page for all the latest updates and take out menus.

The safety of our patrons and staff will always be our top priority. We continue to keep up to date on all CDC, Ottawa County Health Department and MDHHS guidelines, regulations and education. We discuss these extensively on a regular basis with our staff. We require daily staff check ins, frequent hand washing and appropriate mask wearing at all times. We have removed several tables in our dining rooms so all tables are spaced 6 feet or more. Sanitizer is available for all staff & guests and tables, menus and surfaces are sanitized after each use. We want you to feel safe and comfortable dining with us. If you would prefer, contactless take out is always an option.

As of February 1, 2021, the guidelines for dine in are 25% capacity. This will be a difficult road for any restaurant to endure. We are highly encouraging reservations to guarantee a table. Please call us at 616.842.3800 to find out what we have available. During this 25% capacity limit, we are allotting an hour and a half time frame for each reservation. This is temporary and momentary as we try to maintain for the future. All guests will be asked stay seated and wear a mask while moving about to the restroom. We appreciate your cooperation, kindness and patience.

At this time, due to regulations and capacity, we cannot currently entertain groups or banquets larger then 6 people. We are hopeful this is again a momentary change, but we do not know when we will be able to do more, as this is up to the MDHHS regulations. Please contact Jillianne (at [email protected]) for further questions.

Thank you for continuing to support our family owned business and staff. With your help, we are and will make it through this. We enjoy seeing our guests either through contactless curbside take out or in person. Our guest’s smiles, the relationships we’ve built, and great quality food are why we love what we do. We love to serve you.

Thank you.
